chchcookie.gif (1055 bytes)You need a crock pot, a beef roast ( whatever size, not important) and a can
of Progresso french onion soup.
Put the roast in the crock pot.
Pour the whole can of soup over it.
Turn the crock pot on low and let cook all day : )  A good 6-8 hours.
When the roast is cooked all the way thru, remove it from the crock pot and
let cool.  Turn the crock pot on high and make your gravy from the liquid
left in the crock pot.  In a glass or bowl, add about 1/2 cup flour.  Slowly
stir in cold water til you have a smooth, milky consistency.  Stir this into
the crockpot.  Stir the crockpot until the gravy thickens.  May have to do
this again if there is lots of juice.  May have to add water alone if it
tastes too strong.  Just keep tasting til it tastes right : )
This is soooo easy and tastes sooooo good.  It is perfect for those days
when you want a good meal but don't want to cook it : )  My family LOVES it!
